Capital one account not showing on my credit report !!!!!

I am in the process of rebuilding my credit after an unfortunate Chapter 7 BK . I got a capital one card at the end of May. I made my first payment the end of June (it wasn't due till July 9th) I just now got my second billing statement due August 9th but my concern is my account is not showing up on my credit report yet. This concerns me because I want to re-establish a good payment and credit history. Is this nornal to take this long to hit my credit report ??

You can called Capital One and ask for the department that reports to the CB's and ask them what's up

Speak clearly though as they will swear you are asking about your credit score. I called when upon my 2nd statement as well and was told I should contact each credit reporting agency regarding my credit score questions. Anyhow, it took about 3 statements for mine QS1 to report.

to give you an exact scenario on mine. i opened an account on 4/1 and it started to report on 6/17. it will most likely start reporting two days after your statement date.

Mine took about three months to report. I say just give it sometime!

I got 2 capital one cards within 3 days of each other, one card reported a few days after 1st statement the other has not shown up at all. So have 2 accounts but 1 showing. Atleast according to quizzle, karma and sesame. (they all report 1 card with 300 balance instead of 2 cards with 300 balance each)

Took about a month and a half to show up.
