Anyone have a link for example letters for a goodwill letter to a creditor for a paid account. I have Santander reporting 2 30 day lates from 01/13, 02/13 on a paid-off acct and a couple of Honda Financing from 2007-ish that are holding me back.

I also have an Applied Bank CC charge off ($200) reporting, what should I do with this?

The CO is from 2009
