Capital one removal

Hi all!

I sent in a goodwill email to Capital One because of an old charge off I had with Orchard Bank Card. EO rep called a verified some info. She then called back with what she had on my account stating she had the payments I sent in in a timely manner. The problem was, when my account was sold, i was not notified of the change. I did indeed stop paying but I still didn't know that it had transferred to Capital One. I checked my credit reports and I saw Cap One. I then settled with th CA and asked for both to delete. capital one deleted. Still waiting on CA (Cavalry Portfolio) to delete. 1 down, 3 more to go!!!

Hi.

I know this a month old, but can someone be nice enough to PM me the email contact?

I have a few Cap 1 accounts that were discharged under CH 7 but Cap 1 is reporting them as "account sold and you need to contact THEM for further questions" when I dispute it. That is illegal yet every person I have talked to or written in on this issue, tell me it is reporting correctly!

Congrats. Cap One seems more than willing to purge their records of the old HSBC accounts.
