I have sent DV requests, threatening letters, and ITS letter to these scum bags as they are reporting an account they have never validated. I have disputed with the CRA's and they keep updating/verifying. My last communication was an ITS letter with a copy of the complaint I was going to file with the courts if they did not remove their illegal reporting. I sent this to their CEO and as of today, they are still reporting. Should I go ahead and just go through with my threat of a lawsuit against these bottom dwelling dousche bags?

I already filed a complaint with the BBB of San Diego. They wrote me back to tell me that Midland will not give my info to them if I didn't sign something. I told them that Midland is in violation and they need to correct their records and I'm not signing s*it for them. I have also sent off a complaint to the FTC a while back. I'm at my wit's end with these degenerates.

Signing the release is SOP for Midland when a complaint is filed with the BBB. I had to do so and issue was resolved.

Since it isn't a good idea to make empty threats, I assume you were serious about filing suit when you sent the ITS. Now is the time if you dont' want to sign the form for the BBB.

I, too, signed that form when dealing with Midland but I don't think I would do it today with the knowledge I've gained. Midland, as are most CA's, is ruthless and if they don't have your signature on file, that is a way for them to misuse it. I've known instances where they have done this to others.

I guess they had a signature data base somewhere and the guy point blank said ... this is not your signature, not even close. So I know it can be proved!
