AMEX AU Account not reporting to Experian?

Hey everyone

I just updated my TC reports, and noticed that Experian stopped reporting one of my AU accounts for AMEX. TransUnion and Equifax have not changed. Could this be some type of error, or is FICO 08' acutally going into effect? Has anyone experienced the same issue here? This really bothers me...

I added my sister to my 2 AMEX accounts as an AU about 6 months ago. They've reported to all 3 bureaus every month like clock-work. Call them.

Well, sure.. my mother added me in March, and all three bureaus have been reporting until just today when I saw that Experian had stopped. I also just ran a MyFico CR with Experian.. score dropped 25pts from 590 to 565

I just called AMEX and spoke to a rep in their credit reporting department. The rep advised me that they are still reporting AUs to the 3 bureaus and they have not recieved any request to stop.. my next call is going out to Experian....

The same thing happened to me on Monday with AMEX and Experian, but so far, the others are still there. Glitch? Perhaps?

Is everyone checking via TC? Did anyone here see the same problem using a different CMS or is it also off if you pull EX directly?

I pulled a MyFico CR for EX and it is not listed as well.. I tried calling Experian but it does not seem like they have live people to take calls. I also visited the Experian website, and could not find any way on contacting anyone VIA email to advise of this issue. The only way you can get in touch with someone is if you submit a dispute for an account you already have, otherwise you can't do anything

Has nothing to do with FICO 08.

While at first it was believed that FICO 08 would not count AU accounts in scoring, that is no longer the case. FICO 08 will treat AU just as it has in the past.

One other thing to point out here, FICO 08 has to do with scoring, not reporting. Reporting is seperate and FICO has nothing to do with what is/isnt' reported.

So, even if FICO 08 did stop counting AU in scoring, they would still report.

Experian Reps are available until 5 PM

You can call during the day. Call the # on your report and choose 'dispute' ... it eventually leads to a rep. That works for me.

So I contacted Experian yesterday and spoke to a rep who was very rude. The rep insisted that I contact AMEX once more because the CRA has no involvement with how an account gets reported. SO I contacted AMEX again, and spoke with a rep who was more helpful this time around. The rep could not give me a reason as to why this account was not reported this month with Experian, but stated she would launch an investigation, and to contact her in 30 days. What do you guys think?
