Collection for Comcast when paid in full

Hi, I'm hoping some of you gurus can help me out. I did search but didn't see any specific treads that were seemed like mine. Here is the situation, I moved out of a house a couple years ago and had a final bill of $315 for Comcast. I talked to the billing department and arranged I believe 3 equal payments for the balance right after I received the bill. I was told that it would not go to collection and have no issue with the payments. It looks like it was sent out to a CA regardless and updated as PIF. I now have the following collection on my file for all 3 CRA. What's the best approach for this? Thank you in advance!!!

Paid account/was a collection account, insurance claim or government claim or was terminated for default

I'd contact comcast and ask them to terminate the CA, as you paid the OC (comcast). Did this CA contact you, call you, mail you anything while you were on the payment plan?

I paid them back in 2011, I want to say around the time the collection was assigned. Is there a particular contact number with them or should I just ask to speak with collections?
