After reading a few posts in the forums about the possibility of having COs removed from your CR via early exclusion, I decided to pull all three CRs on September 29th to see exactly what was due to fall off and how soon. I had 6 COs that were scheduled to fall off between January 2015 - April 2015. I disputed them because of their age and I got lucky with TU so far (EQ and EX online attempt still pending).

Asset Acceptance LLC - DELETED

Credit One Bank - DELETED

First Premier Bank - DELETED

LVNV Funding LLC - DELETED

Web Bank - NO LONGER ON FILE

Web Bank - NO LONGER ON FILE

I still have 3 other negatives to deal with (medical collections and another CO), but those I will tackle in time.

My Experian dispute was finalized today. These are the results for my dispute for an early exclusion online.

Assest Acceptance LLC - UPDATED - (Will remain until January 2015)

Credit One Bank - UPDATED - (Will remain until January 2015)

First Premier Bank - UPDATED - (Will remain until January 2015)

LVNV Funding LLC - UPDATED - (Will remain until January 2015)

Web Bank - DELETED

UPDATE 10/22/14

Equifax results were the same as Experian listed above. I may try those two again in December.

How did you dispute? online? phone? mail? I'm looking at doing the same, but EQ online dispute doesn't list "Too Old" as a dispute option. Thanks and Congrats!

Thank you! I disputed all of them online. I can't remember exactly what dispute code I selected for EQ but I added the comment "request for early exclusion from file due to credit reporting time period expiration of ?/?/2015". So far I'm not sure if it has worked. Will update when the report is ready.

Um, now for the bad news.

You messed up (though I did my research prior). Experian and Equifax DO NOT USE THE SAME DELETE DATES AS TRANSUNION. They are one month further out.

DO NOT DISPUTE FOR EARLY REMOVAL WITH EXPERIAN AND EQUIFAX. They will come back as validated and updated to current date, tanking your score.

I lucked out with experian a month earlier for a couple they messed up by disputing instead of deleting. They drop off 3 months early. Always press yes to the survey. Ask to speak with supervisor. For example, I had co's scheduled to come off in Dec with TU, then some in Jan. they were good to go. For exp and eqf, they are scheduled for jan and feb. so you call experian, ask to speak with supervisor end of sept, beginning of Oct for jan, deletes. Follow up next month for feb deletes. The supervisor has the code to delete, not dispute.

Same thing with eq, but they do it only 30 days in advance. Called today to get my delete dates, spoke with several. Even though this person was outsourced, got knowledgable supervisor, notating my report confirmation number. I call back (note, DO NOT DO THIS ONLINE), in beginning dec for jan deletes, and beginning jan for only two left feb deletes. Again, the supervisor has the codes to delete, not dispute.

It will be listed on your credit report in the individual account information.

Congrats! When you ask for early exclusion, do you have to give a reason why you are wanting it?

I have a CO that is scheduled to be deleted from EX 1/2015

You don't have to give a reason. Just ask if it can be excluded early. If they say no, call back tomorrow and you'll get another agent. They delete from EXPERIAN at least three monhts early.

I hope I didn't mess this up. Do they tell you yes or no immediately? This was my first time and to be honest, I was a bit nervous. I spoke to a guy at TU, he asked what account I'd like to dispute. I told him the account. He asked what kind of dispute I'd like to file. I told him I it was an older account and I was asking for an early exclusion and for it to be deleted. He said they would contact the company and see if they could delete it, what's the next account. I asked him to make sure he understood I was not disputing the validity fo the account, just asking for deletion. He said yeah, that they would let me know what they say. Uhgg. I only did 2 and chickened out on the rest. I asked about deleting some inquiries that are set to come off in December. He said for me to contact those companies and ask for a letter and to send those letters to TU. I guess I'll see how this turns out before doing anything further.

I did everything online. Maybe someone with experience phoning in will respond.

Yes! That's normally what they say. Give it some time and it will come off. They will delete six months early. Check back soon, you'll see!

Congrats. I have 2 FP COs scheduled to come off 2/15 with Experian. I disputed them with TU and TU deleted. I want to try Experian online. I have a question I seen that your Experian results came back updated.....was your fall off date pushed up to January 2015? For example was one of those COs scheduled to fall off (for example) 3/15 and after dispute it is now set to fall off 1/15? I recently disputed a old medical collection that was set to fall off 3/15 and tried to ask for a early exclusion....it came back updated like yours but now with a new fall off date of 12/14 (it was a old dentist bill that I have all the papers for still and the work was done 3/2008, so the fall off date was correct originally) so it seems like instead of deleting they pushed up the fall off date for me 3 months before it was set to fall off originally. I wanted to try for my first premiere ones but scared. Even if they dont delete I would love for the date to be pushed up as well! Im okay with that lol.

I don't recommend disputing Experian online. It's better to ask them by the phone.

What are the numbers to call? I have 1 collection due to Drop in November (Only on TU) and 3 in December (On all 3 CRA's). I may give a try and get it done sooner then later not that it'll matter much I have a paid state tax lien that'll be around until 2017 and C/O for 2017 as well :\
