topic ALLY FINANCIAL CO - They updated the date reported! in Rebuilding Your Credit

I am having a heck of a time with Ally Financial. I disputed with the CB that Ally was reporting everything incorrectly. Now I look at my report and it shows that the "date reported" is now updated to this month! When I look at the payment activity, it shows the CO date as November 2011 AND November 2014! NOW what? Does the updated date reported hurt my score even more since it looks like it's recent? I'm attaching a screenshot of how it's reporting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Each month that the account becomes or remains delinquent, they can report the current level of delinquency.

They are reporting their CO as the current status and current level of delinquency.

They appear to be a very sporadic reporter and in updating to the next highest level of delinqency.

For example, once at 30 late, they dont appear to update the next month to reflect higher levels.

I would be careful in disputing with them, as it appears they may be able to add many additional months of delinquency and of higher levels of delinquency.
