Getting a PC or CLI before completing Credit Steps With Capitol One

Has anyone had success with getting a PC or a CLI prior to completing the credit steps which I believe is after the 5th month. Should I go chat to try or EO or just wait?

I dont think it would be possible before completing the first step but there is nothing to lose by trying. I would try it at the EO level.

PC yes, CLI no. I switched from my Plat to regular QS with no annual fee. I had to wait until I was out of credit steps
