    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received the results of my equifax investigation and I am confused. &amp;nbsp;I was told a million times on the phone that the creditor confirmed the lates on my account and even though I sent a letter from the creditor they were unable to update my credit file. &amp;nbsp;Ok fine. &amp;nbsp;Now I received the results and it says historical information was deleted from this account yet they still have the months that I was late listed under the account. &amp;nbsp;I think this is worse. &amp;nbsp;They removed all my good history and kept the bad history. &amp;nbsp;Someone HELP!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;@Anonymous wrote:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agree with Gdale... submit a CFPB compaint regarding Equifax.       <title>Synchrony Bank GW Issue UPDATED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As some of you may know because I shared my contact with many of you, Synchrony bank agreed to remove all the late payments on my two PC Richard accts.&amp;nbsp; The accounts were both closed almost two years ago.&amp;nbsp; I received a letter stating that they would be willing to remove all derogatory informatiom from my credit file on Feb 4, 2014.&amp;nbsp; I have been waiting and waiting for them to update my file and nothing has been done.&amp;nbsp; I spoke to my contact at Synchrony and he confirmed that all lates were removed from both accounts and that I should consider opening a dispute in the meantime to expedite things.&amp;nbsp; Well I opened the dispute at the beginning of March and I sent the letter to the bureaus.&amp;nbsp; I just checked my EQ file and it looks like the status of both account was updated on 3/30 and the lates are still there.&amp;nbsp; EQ will not remove the lates unless they get confirmation from the creditors.&amp;nbsp; The only one that was willing to remove it upon reviewing my letter was TU.&amp;nbsp; I contacted my contact at Synchrony again and asked if maybe he could send me a letter outlining the months that they are willing to remove and hopefully the CRA will use that.&amp;nbsp; He doesn't understand why the accounts are still not updated.&amp;nbsp; He said that they should have been updated when the statement of the closed account was due to push out but it never happened.&amp;nbsp; Can someone help me?&amp;nbsp; I am running around in circles.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that the credit reporting of SYNCB to be incorrect, their agents to be most unhelpful and the response from their corporate offices to be pathetic and automated. (Long story short--SYNCB replaced two damaged cards for me by opening two new accounts and closing the two original&amp;nbsp;accounts.) I can't imagine on dealing with them to get anything substantive resolved when they are unwilling to resolve a problem for me that THEY created.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
