Need help on Collection

hi all,

my sister want to fix her credit I have her as an AU on some of my CC which have help her score a lil but she has this issue and I'm not sure how to help her,

1:her ex bought a car in 2013 never made a single payment and it's now on some of her CR like charge off for collection remark as bad debt lost of profit $12,000.

2: she has a royal prestige collection for $3,000 last reported January 2015

3: this one is weird her report still showing a collection of a CC back in 2008 with 0 balance last time reported March 2015 ? Why is still reporting when there is no balance due

what can she do to fix all this mess and begins her rebuilding journey she has a decent job make 32,000 a yr , she wants to do it right withoutspending to much to fix it big family , any advice will be appreciated , thanx all

Was most likely repoed she would have to attempt PFD offers to try and it have it removed but if its still inside SOL you dont contact them unless it can be paid if full. If she never signed any papers on this then its ID Theft and she would use the ID Theft statutes afforded her in the FCRA to have it removed from her report

Why is still reporting when there is no balance due It should not be updating once its paid but the agency can do so if they want, its obvious they are into inflicting pain for the entire period they can legally report even though its been paid, I hate origanizations like this. By updating they keep her Fico from recovering as it looks like a brand new collection that just happened today. I would be looking to have it excluded early 6 months in advance you can request this from TU and 2-3 months out with the other 2.
