Shell disappeared?

I just logged into SW and saw that my shell account (which was an unpaid CO of $1100) is gone. I haven't disputed it and am actually saving to settle on it. My score hasn't gone up since it was last on there. What do you think happened??? There is also no new reporting CRA that may have bought it.

Was the OC reporting it?

What was the DOFD?

Maybe Shell sold it to a CA.

If it disappered from your online account, I will bet my money that they assigned it to collections. If I were you, I would call the OC to see what has happend. If they did assign it to collections, then I would make immediate payment arangements with the OC and have them recall the account. If they sold it however, then you might be out of luck.
