Need advice!!!! On how remove 4 paid state tax liens

I am a business owner with several locations in California. My brother was managing the Los Angeles office for me. He was always late on giving me my mail and sometimes I would never receive it. This went on for about 4 years. Especially my Los Angeles County tax letters. No other city was sending these letters so I knew very little about them. Last year I was looking at my credit and I found out that when I paid a Los Angeles County tax late, it would turn into a lien. I usually had someone else pay my bills, so I never knew I was getting liens on my credit. Now I want to buy a house or get a business loan, but those liens keep getting me denied. I need advice on how I can get these liens possibly removed.

Paid liens can report for 7 years from the date they are paid. The only way to get them off early is to get the taxing authority who recorded them to withdraw them. I know you would not be able to get any cooperation from the Franchise Tax Board they dont do withdrawls unless there was an error dont know how much luck you will have with the City of LA but give it a shot.
