Has anyone had any luck getting a colletion with central financial or syndicated office removed? I have a 3 year old collection reporting on equifax and experian.

Hello. They are w tough cookie but I did recently get one removed. I wrote goodwill letters to no avail. Finally, I started calling. I asked to speak with a supervisor and would explain that I paid the debt as soon as I realized it was on my report and I'm not sure how I missed it but that I really needed it removed from my report if possible as it's costing me points I need on my credit report to get a better auto loan percent. I explained that I'm still a great customer of Franciscan health care and my whole family goes there and we have since taken care of all bills and I really would appreciate the curtesy. The lady I spoke with said she couldn't remove it as it was their policy. However, 48 hours after speaking with her it was gone from all reports. Good luck!
