Judgement Day 2016? When will your judgement(s) fall off?

2008 and 2009 being the nightmare that it was, it makes since that many of us would have judgements falling off next year. I am curious when other's civil judgements will fall off? What bank your judgement was with. If you plan to ask for early exclusions or if you have had any luck with certain CB's. My info is bellow:

Capital One paid Judgement

Due to Fall of 4/16/2016

EE with Transunion 7.5 months early

I plan on asking EX and EQ for early exclusion starting January 1, 2016

I was woundering where this thread went.

No worries, Norman. it'll go fast when you're not watching it. I think this forum makes us hyperaware, but neither of us seem to be hurting for the credit in the mean time. I do find it halarious when other folks mention how hard it is to piss cap one off. They came after me fast and with prejudice.

I was fortunate enough to not have any judgments, but 2019 is the year for all of my negatives to finally be gone.

My 2 BK's dismissed and discharged fall off 2017 and 2 tax liens, but you better believe i'll be calling to see if i can get an early exclusion lol

my judgement doent fall off until 2020. I dont know if my score will go up much seeing as the judment is still considered a major hit. the judgement however isnt on my TU just EX and EQ

DW has a judgement scheduled to disappear in April for an old medical bill from before we were together. We didn't even know about it until late last month, and settled the judgement for about 75% of what they asked for.

i think mine will fall off in 2016 too but I still haven't paid it, so I should get on that. l think it moved states since I did too

I didn't really know mine was on my report either. I had no idea the damage it would do. It would have probably driven me crazy knowing that even though I paid that thing 4 months later it still hurt my score as if I hadn't. Of course, I'm glad I paid it, because it will be gone for good, but I honestly don't see a good reason not to wait to pay it until right before it's due to fall off if money is tight. The damage is already done, isn't it.
