ECMC - Has anyone had any luck with deletions on paid Collections?

Hi all, I keep trying to get these deleted from my CR. They appear in both the installment loan sections as well as the collections section of my CR and all are under ECMC. Has anyone had luck getting deletes? I have called them and also disputed but have had no luck. Any advice? Merry Xmas...

What was the basis for your dispute?

CRA policy is that furnishers are not to delete based on payment of the debt.

If the dispute was based on the debt having been paid, it would not be a proper dispute, and may act to remove any feelings of good-will on thier part.

These are student loans, correct? If so, has the debt been paid in full? Also, when was the first date of deliquincy?

To answer your question though, I've them removed from 2 of the 3 bureaus. Equifax the remaining for me. They are slated to come off mine on their own in the next couple of months.

Yes these are students loans. I paid my collection in full 3/2015. My acct is due to fall off 3/2016. Got an Early Exclusion with TU to delete, and right now Im waiting to hear back from Equifax. When is your paid collection due to fall off?

Mine is slated to fall off 02/2016.

Hi, Did you write for the early exclusion or call? I'm goint to try with all on Monday and wondering what route to take. Also, for calling, did you call the main customer service number? I'm trying to get the a supervisor the fastest way possible... It seems to be difficult to do. Any advice? Thanks again for sharing.
