How long does the CA typically take to respond to a PFD?

I've received a 'No' within a week, and I've also never received a response on some of them. It depends on the company, and it depends on which employee opens up the letter.

a month for them to respond would not be unheard of. they might not respond at all.

they never responded to me at all i tried to dispute with cra adv i sent dv letter no response within 45 days still couldnt get it removed.

Yikes. I sent a DV letter a few months ago, to which they responded within a couple weeks.

No one has to respomd to a PFD!

They answered my DV. Maybe I should just pay it and then dispute as paid with the CRA. Really don't want this on the report since we're buying a car within the next 2 months. A paid collection is better than not paid??

no, paid collection counts as bad as an unpaid one. you have no ground to get a removed collection off your report through a dispute.

just send them anothe PFD - lower your offer by 5%.

I Sent a DV first and I got no response to that sent CMRR. Tried to dispute with cra and still couldnt get it removed came back as verified its from June 2004

We're on a well and septic - - the county charges $100 each yearly visit to test water, etc.
