Give another shot ?,discover secured card

I applied 3 weeks ago and was declined
I do have a bk on my report was discharged 3 months ago
It seems that wasn't the reason i didn't iib discover my score was 501 ,
I do have a few bad accounts on my report that I was a authorized user I filed a dispute to CB hopefully they will remove it plus I have one cap 1 and a U.S. Bank secured card with $2000 waiting for it to show on my credit report hoping this all will increase my score
Should I give it another try wen the score goes up ??

With two other cards there isn't a huge rush to apply again. I'd let your BK and new cards age for 6 mohths before trying again.

a bump in 20 minutes? anyway, i dont have a solid advice on this but have you tried talking to recon? how about going for the secured card instead? perhaps other cards need to grow first then try again in 6/12 months? goodluck! hopefully other would chime.

Don't bother. I tried apping with a discharged ch 13 BK, declined, wrote a long, respectful letter to the EO about it and still they wouldn't reverse their decision. I didn't even IIB them, they just said "Nope, sorry". Calling to recon is even more useless. Whatever the computer spits out, they go with.

I concur, let 6 months get chewed, swallowed and digested

before applying for literally anything given your set of particular

circumstances. You'll get there, PIF all the time and on time

and you'll be up around a 600 in about 6 Months.
