Experian Dispute for PRA What does this mean???

I just got an alert that my Experian dispute on PRA was updated from their processing of my dispute in Apr 2016.

I don't see any changes! I also just noticed that the open date is February 2015 and that is NOT correct! This debt is set to be removed 3 yrs from this month (4/2019).

Open date would be when the CA acquired the collection, not the DoFD.

If you filed a dispute with a CRA, they are requried to conclude their reinvestigation within 30 days and send you a formal Notice of Results of Reinvestigation within 5 business days thereafter. It is that document that must explain their finding. If their decision results in any changes to your credit report,they are required to include a copy of a revised report showing that the changes have actually been entered.

An alert is not a Notice of Results. You should soon be receiving the full details from the CRA of what was done.

What specificlly did you dispute as being inaccurate?

Thank you Robert. I checked the email and it says The results of the processing of your dispute(s) are now available. When I looked there is nothing changed. I did dispute it that it was showing closed, but the results page isn't the same as the report itself LOL

It's the wrong date though. They've had this debt for a few years now since 2013 not 2015.
