First Premier - TWO COs Deleted through email!!

Still works! Thank you so much guys. I read another thread here about sending an email to PRESREF@PREMIERBANKCARD.COM

I did not use a template.. Just had a few beers and rattled something semi-official sounding out. Just TWO weeks later they sent me a strange response. They basically validated the debt, told me everything is reported correctly, but in the last paragraph still decided to delete due to "specific information you provided and the length of time passed" ??? What does that mean? Never mind, I'm not complaining!!!

THIS IS WHAT I SENT THEM:

Hello, my name is

I have recently checked my credit reports and found that First Premier Bank is reporting two separate accounts (XXXX and XXXX) to all 3 Credit Reporting Agencies (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) in my name.

This is not an acknowledgement of debt.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, only correct and accurate information may be reported on my credit report. After reviewing my credit reports, I am finding many incorrect items being reported, including but not limited to the following discrepancies:

1. The "date opened" reported by the CRAs are incorrect. They are also reporting different dates to different credit reporting agencies.

2. The payment history is incomplete, inaccurate, and reporting different information to each of the three reporting agencies.

3. The "Dates of last payment" are inaccurate as they are reporting different dates to different credit reporting agencies.

As these and other things are being reported incorrectly on the report, I request that you immediately cease reporting of these accounts until the completion of a thorough and complete investigation and validation of this information.

If you are unable to furnish all correct dates and information, I respectfully request that you cease reporting and Delete these two accounts from my credit reports with all 3 credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax).

Great ! I'm still awaiting to hear something back from them to delete the PAID charge off as it still was reported inaccurately across 3B.

I have a late from them, sent them this, just formatted differently. But I just paid for my 3b and all the stuff they reported was different across all 3 CB! Gave me a basis to dispute and hopefully get this deleted!

Haven't heard a response yet but I do see that they contacted the 3B and noted the TL as "consumer disputes account information." At least I know they read the email, lol.

Congrats. It seems to work quicker on older accounts since credit card companies purge payment records, applications and any other account details after two years (from what I was told), so it seems harder for them to verify account details and requests pertaining to specific information.

I found time to email them again today. I tried this method back in Feb for a charged off settled account on my husband's reports from 2014. They sent a letter back saying they were reporting accurately but I noticed from the credit reports pulled before their response that they were in fact not reporting correctly and changed things after the letter. I pointed this out in the letter and they are still reporting inconsistently on a couple of issues so I pointed that out to them as well. Hopefully this result in deletion. There needs to be something done about this company. They are terrible. I could never get their website to work to log on to make payments. Of course, when you mailed the payments they would mysteriously end up late no matter how early you mail them. Google yields several complaint site where this seems to be the norm for them.

CK updated today and FPB has been DELETED from my EQ! Haven't even received an email response regarding the deletion from them yet!

My account was from 2014 as well, lookingforhelp34.

That's good to know. I'm hoping since it's paid they will just delete it. I guess I will keep sending emails/letters until they get sick of me.

go through the bbb lookingforhelp34 like some of us did, make sure to include snapshots of all 3 of your reports and myfico showing inaccuracies as some of us have done as well. I hope it works out for you. Make sure to mention the differences between your reports such as status, payment history, date of last activity, date opened, etc if that is your case. mine was showing past due amount and was not at 0 balance and it was from 2014 as well.. I know this thread is almost a year old but I'm hoping for a response. So I emailed the letter to First Premier and I got a response today. They asked to to send them my current mailing address, and that was it. Why are they asking for this? Should I send it to them?

Correct me if im wrong.

FP asking for your updated address, gives them a reason to change something in your account, from a lot of threads ive been reading, typically when you receive that, you are on your way to a deletion.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I got my First Premier TL deleted. I did exactly what was discussed here:

I then got a request for my address, which I messed up on, but I got an email today letting me know my address I provided was incorrect and they included the letter that basically said we are deleting the tradeline from all bureaus, please give us 45 days to do so. I wasn't overly surprised by this because it has already happened to Equifax and today, Experian. Just waiting on Transunion! FYI-Eq went up 40 pts and Ex went up 22 pts. Eq went up so much because the balance was included in my util. So that has now dropped from 92% to 2%!!!!

They agreed to delete mine but i guess they're making me wait the full 45 days. It's been 30 days already

I've tried this method twice now and both times they stated they cannot remove it. I just submitted yet another dispute with detailed reason why it is inaccurate along with 4 copies of my credit reports. Hoping for a delete after this attempt!
