I don't know of any other cards with no credit pulls. You might be better served by cleaning up your reports if they are keeping you from getting any secured cards. Have you tried Capitol One?

You could end up lowering your scores with new accounts. A lender will certainly see recent accounts as well as any hard pulls, so you're not really "hiding" anything with this strategy.

You might check FHA loans, as the underwriter might accept alternative credit (cell phone history, etc). Hope this helps.

Primor does not pull at all. And no it will never graduate to an unsecured. I have one for the last 14 months. Love it. I have a $300 limit, and have been using it and paying it off every month. My CK scores started in the low 500s. Now as of today Im 654 on CK. My Fico is the same 654. It was worth it to get this card, and they have long since setup a separate site where you can pay the payments to for the CC, that doesnt take 2 weeks to clear or apply back to your limit. That was the common complaint on the forums was that payments and credits took weeks to be applied. No more. I make a payment before 5pm est, and its applied the next day. Ask if you have any more questions on the primor card.

As others have said, I'm unsure of any secured cards that you can get without a HP, but that graduate.

Alternatively you could try to shopping cart trick for something like Overstock.com.

If you get the pop up, it'll ask for your full SSN, but it's a soft pull. At least it was for me. '

Good luck
