Ok....What next?

I dont have my scores handy, I will subscribe next Friday for them on payday. But according to Credit Karma they are low to mid 500's. I hired SkyBLue to help, mostly due to time constraints and they just sent 1st round letters out. I cant seem to get approved for any credit cards (wonder why ) except Fingerhut (180.00 - Oh boy). Hubby just added me as AU to Victorias Secret ( I made him apply lol), His Room place (another Comenity card), I am second sig on out 2016 Toyota with TFS (opened 11-15), he plans to add me to his Cap1 and QuickSilver as AU soon ( if they allow). What steps should I be taking now? I cant stand to sit around and do nothing. Should I dispute while Skyblue is too? The major things I want off are 2 evictions sent to National Credit Systems, (1500 1st reported 06/11 and 3900 1st reported 11/12), but from what I have read, they are impossible. No extra $$$ to do PFD. Any advice on where to go from here? I will post all baddies and scores next week when I get full reports.

Once you post that info, it will be easier to determine or plot out your possible next steps. With that said, if you are being added as an AU to his other accounts, be sure he is (as well as you) using those accounts correctly and not in a negative way. It can hurt your report just as well if not careful.

Well first thing first. When you get the copy of your credit report start scanning it for FDCPA issues. send DV letters. If you had late payments try sending GW letters. Read this forum when you can. Lots of seasoned members around here. Oh your hubby's AU accounts will definately help out a little.

Personally not a fan of the whole "AU thing". I think its really only appropriate when first beginning and you have trouble even generating a score.

Without more info on the overall situation its difficult to give good advice.

If you are going to have Sky Blue work for you, then do NOT do anything else yourself. That will just muck everything up. Just work on establishing new positive accounts.
