GW portfolio is **bleep** near a lost cause. If there are other items to handle...I'd put your focus on them. And they're probably made because their being sued.

I must have pissed them off too much because they don't even talk to me. Probably because I went to the CFPB on them and hurt their feelings. Even if I call them inquiring about repayment they say they can't help me. Weirdest debt collecting company ever.

It's weird because I paid them and they went away on their own. Totally agree PRA is an odd duck.

If they left your reports on their own after paying them, it's a miracle and you should be forever greatfull.

Hopefully it won't show up on your reports in the future as paid. PRA loves to play their little reindeer games.

I have something from them on my TransUnion that comes off in July 2017. How soon do you think I could do an early exclusion request to TU? I paid it off like 3 years ago.

I still get calls from these guys every couple days but I don't know what it's for because I haven't answered them. However, I have nothing on my reports from them. I've heard they buy old debt that is no longer valid and try to collect on it. Once you agree to the debt then it goes back on your record.
