Capital One Application Process Changed

I was told they recently changed from 30-45 days to 6 months to reapply. If so this is not good!

This is what it seems like to me bc my sister told me my brother in law got a Secured cap one card in Feb and recently tried to fill out app for unsecured and was denied bc they had his old application on file still ..it sucks if this is true

Yes, it is in-fact true. I called this morning and talked to two representatives since I haven't app'd for any of their products since the earlier part of May. They both told me ending part of last month they changed their application process to 6 months instead of 30-45 days if you were recently were declined for a card.

It will be another rule that will take some getting used to.
