Hi,

Im new to this forum and would like to ask so humbly if by chance you have a copy of dispute letter form. I have seen many letters to correspond with CRA but not a dispute letter.

It depends on what/why you are disputing, the SOL etc...

Hi phewoman, most of us dispute online......or if we dispute in writting we just make a letter up.

I fax all mine and this is what it might look like.

Cap1 account# 1234567

I am filing this dispute as *not mine*

I have never had an account with Cap1

The Balance is incorrect.

Da DA DA what ever the dispute is about.

Thanks HappyDays. When you say you dispute online is that via MyFico? Or do you get the CA, CCC or CRA email and correspond that way? Im sorry still very new to this process.

If you have a myFICO report, you can go to the "Next Steps" tab and it will create a dispute letter template for you to use.
