Comcast Collection- Mysteriously removed- now added as new

Hello! I have an old bill with Comcast for $270. It was removed from all 3 of my bureas at different times throughout the summer. Just added today as new on Experian and dropped my score 4 points. Does this happen when a new agency takes over? I assume it will hit the other 2 soon. Is this normal?

If they assigned it to a different collections agency then yes.

Yes. You should have settled it when was gone. Then it would have stayed gone. I have outlined how to get rid of these sort of accounts many many times on here. How old is the this account?
