APPLIED BANK TOLD ME TO STOP SENDING GW LETTERS SHOULD I?

I paid off APPLIED BANK last year after it went into collections. I have sent them several GW letters and they keep saying no they will not remove this from my CR. They mailed me a letter asking me to stop sending this GW letters. Can I get in any trouble if I keep sending them? Obviously I am starting to annoy them.

What are they going to do? Send you to GW letter writer jail? They can't do anything, and if they decide to falsify your reports you can sue them.

I would send them twice as many letters now!

GW letters remind me of Shawshank Redemption. When Andy sends letters once a week asking for money for a library and they finally send him money AND books.

That's what keeps me motivated....if you annoy them enough, they will cave.

I was wondering the same thing, I received a response from the legal counsel of one CA telling me that they will not delete and their office considers this matter closed. I wasn't sure if they could charge me with harrassment or something. I sent the CEO of the CA two emails...and he forwarded to his legal counsel. I was really upset too because there was someone on the boards that said they were able to get a delete by emailing the CEO. I guess he got upset. LOL
