Fingerhut CLI?

I have a fingerhut account and have made two on time payments with them. I don't know much about the credit limit increase with fingerhut. I have the regular account not the starter account. So here are my questions: Are the CLI manual like Capital One where you can request as much as you want or does fingerhut give you the offer? How long does it take for your next CLI?? Who has received CLI from fingerhut?? Were they generous?? Thanks guys

They are WAY expensive but I actually bought a couple of things yeaterday just to put some action in the loop. It seems I've read here that they can be pretty liberal with CLI's.

I wasn't sure what to get until I noticed that they are affliated with teleflora so I ordered flowers when my sister had my nephew and for a friend birthday which actually was a GODSEND so if you have a girlfriend or wife or someone you want to cheer up or if you are a female and have a sister, mother or friend send flowers...us woman are suckas for flowers

I was looking at a slow cooker for $59 to replace our old one. I then noticed the shipping was $22.

I did find a free shipping coupon, but haven't completed the transaction yet.

The free shipping coupon works ( I used it) but you can't combine any coupons so make sure that's all you want.

Your credit account is reviewed for a potential credit line increase up to 10 times per year. I am sorry, we are not accepting requests for credit line increases at this time. If your account is eligible at the time of systematic review, you will be automatically be given an increase and notified of the change

I opened an account with FH in late September. They pre approved me for their regular account for $400. Bought something in October and paid it in full by the second week of November. Credit limit increase to $900 after that. Got another increase to $1500 this month.

That seems to be the conventional wisdom. I thought I'd wait a couple of days and then pay it.

i had my FH acct since 2012, origonal CL of $100- lol

bought 1 item on it, piffed right away when it was openned

never used it since then until last week when i ordered flowers for the gf, still had a 100 CL never got any auto increase, i charged 98 on the credit line. maxing it out

the same day, they gave me CLI of 400, to 500 total.

I dont get it.....but w/e

Just placed an order for a slow cooker since our current one just broke. Will pay it in full in a few days. I plan on doing this (order and then pay in full) each month with something I actually need. Hopefully I can get a CLI in a few months.

I recommend to at least wait a statement or 2 and then pay it in full. That's what I did and now I'm at $1500. I started at $400.
