I have recieved a confirmation from Medical Data Systems. I emailed all the higher ups I could find and found the ending of the @email.com that they used. (Mod Cut-Im sorry direct contact info cannot be published in the public forum)

I also have an issue with a recalled debt being shown on my credit report from Convergent Outsourcing in Renton, WA. I tried to get this taken care of on the phone. I have filed a compliant with BBB & also emailed their higher ups. I'm not sure as of yet if their emails are correct but they haven't been returned (Mod Cut-Im sorry direct contact info cannot be published in the public forum) I just emailed them within the past 30 mins so hopefully I will get a confirmation from them also.

I hope this helps someone else.

P.S. I also reported MDS to BBB and still haven't closed my complaint. I will not close until I see it off my credit report.
