I have questions about collection accounts.

Ive piad the firsr two and sent GW deletion emails but havent had any succes.

The medical bill in collections is the one im worried about the most!! Should I contact the CA? They just started leaving voicemails this week, I had disputed the collection last month online via Credit karma because i never got the bill. Still havent gotten the result of my dispute form Ck.

Any advice on any of these collecrtions would

For the paid CAs keep sending GW requests to the office of the CEO or President until you get what you want. As far as the medical,

For unpaid medical debt that is reporting on your CR:

1. Call the OC and see if you qualify for Charity Care
2. If not then ask that they recall the collection in exchange for full payment
3. Send the reporting CA a PFD offer
4. Google the HIPAA Process and contact its creator for help

UPDATE!!

I sent an automated dispute to TU via the credit Karma ap on March 25. The CA called me twice last week. I didn't answer. I got an email today from Credit Karma saying the collection was deleted. My score went up 33 points.

That's good news.

I'm still worried about the collection,however. Can it be re added to my reports? I'm I finally done with them?

Please give any advice or help.

It depends on why it was removed. Is the DOFD over 7 years? If not, they may have sold it to another collection agency. If that is the case, then yes, it can be added to your report again by the new collection agency.

Would it be a good idea to contact the hospital and set up a payment plan for the original bill?

Find out if they have the debt back. Yes, I would set up a payment plan, especially if they agree not to report it to the CRA's again. It can follow you the next 3 years if you don't take care of it now while you have the chance.
