2 years ago i signed up for verizon internet. After not even a week of not having internet and troubleshooting I decided to cancel the service. Told the girl to cancel it. And now they are on my credit report. I never even got a bill from them? How should I dispute?

I did, I remember getting the stuff. I remember it not working and being on the phone for hours. I also remember telling the agent that I was going to cancel cause it was a week and I had not even used the service. She said ok. Never got a first bill in the mail or anything.

Did you return your equipment promptly or did you keep it for a few days, a week, a month? You can cancel your services all you want but if you keep the equipment connected or just in general, they are going to bill you. Dv
