Anyone receive a goodwill removal from Wells Fargo? Who did you send a letter to? CEO? Regular Customer Service? ??? Any tips welcomed.

I'm mailing out a GW request to Wells Fargo today! It's regarding a 30 day late on a car loan in 2015. I'm sending it to the Dealer Services address listed on my CR and to their Auto Finance division as well. I may send it to the corporate offices also, I haven't decided yet.

I'll report back if I get a response of any kind!

I just sent out ten goodwill letters today, hopefully I will hear back from Wells Fargo soon, I will update here.
