Collection Letter on Old Bank Account, Help!

So I recieved a letter from CBCS. It is a settlement offer on a closed bank account. I have not heard anything about this account since the bank closed the account on me for a balanced unpaid in 2003. I am wondering if I should DV or do some different since this is a bank account and not a credit card?

Any info would be helpful. Thanks for your time

If beyond SOL or you can PIF, then I would DV the CA.
