First official FICO score above 700!

Looks like I finally got one of my scores above 700! Started my rebuild back in June with scores in the low 600's. Not as much work as some of you are doing, but it's been a journey! Need to continue my path to 760, in order to qualify for hte best rates on a mortgage. Might decide to do it before then though, due to interest rate increases...we'll have to see. This is actually going to increase again soon, as this doesn't reflect about $2k in recent credit card payments. Also waiting on a dispute of 28 lates on my student loans. EQ has already removed them, just waiting on TU & EX. Also have about 6-7 inquiries that hit the 1 year mark in July.

Thank you to the community for all your help so far. This site has been invaluable to me!

Congrats, I know how good a feeling that is to hit the 700 mark.

If you were like me, it was a long, hard road to climb back to that mark.

Good job! I'm actually leaving 700 club. My FICO from Discover is 725 but I'm rebuilding so should be in mid-high 600s for the next 6-9 months.

Congratulations!

I know exactly how it feels as today myFico notified me my EQ jumped 30 points to 702. I need to check my report tomorrow to see what got deleted off but I'm feeling ecstatic right now

Congrats and welcome to the 700 club! Isn’t it satisfying to see how you hard work has paid off? 😉

Just remember to look at your FICO Mortgage score. They do different than the other scores. You are definitely on your way to better rates! Time to start snooping, I mean begin reading the post in the Mortgage Lending section. Yea!!!!

I know the feeling, I just had last collection acc removed from EX(EE) and my score went 70pt up to 747(still working on TU and EQ). I was jumping around the house for several days.
