I have sent Boa many of good wills and finally got a answer.... The letter came from the excutive office and stated they are reporting correct and will not remove anything..... So I sent some more good wills and recieved a response saying please do not send any more as we said in our previosuly letter this case is closed. Is there still any hope of getting these charge offs off of my credit there are three of them two of which used to be MBNA's.

I'm sorry this isn't working out for you, but all I can say is keep sending those GW's. Hopefully they will cave some day. I have got the "please stop sending us letters" statement before and that makes me send them more letters. What are they going to do, arrest me for sending them a letter? Hopefully your persistence will pay off. Good luck.

They actully sent me a letter in the mail today to ceise and desist!

I got one of those too. I just keep sending my letters. Hopefully they will break down. Maybe someone can chime in if there is a legality issue but there is none I am aware of.

I'll try to send them a lettr through PFB, I did and it worked. make sure you write it really sad....
