Good Morning
Three years ago I was fortunate enough to get a Mortgage Loan Modification from Nationstar (now Mr. Cooper). Although I have made every payment on time for 36 months the previous lates are reported as late 120's as 15 separate entries.
I believe this is capping my FICOs around 630-640.

Has anyone here have any luck in GW lettering to them?

Thanks

I'm not convinced that the lates are what's capping you or that you are capped at those numbers. I have a healthy string of lates that won't fall off for almost two years and I am over 710 now and expect to gain another 10+ over the next 6 months.

What does the rest of your profile look like?

Thank you for replying. My wife and I (as you would expect) have identical credit profiles.
She has the same Mr. Copper lates nothing else and she has capped to 655. No other baddies. CU is 28%.

I have 2 Lexus financials 30 days are with the last 2 years and 9 FedLoan lates 5 years ago.

Hope that helps.

I had multiple late payments on my Nationstar account and was able to get them removed using the Saturation Technique. If you haven't tried it yet, definitely do so:

http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/The-Saturation-Technique-Best-GW-adjustment-odds/td-p/4727098

I had a mortgage through Nationstar (now Mr.Cooper) that was foreclosed on at the end of 2013. This won’t fall off my report till 2020 and I’m trying to refinance my house. Would a goodwill letter work in getting this off or adjusted to a non negative entry? Has anyone had any success in this? I’m preparing to send out round 1 next week. Just trying to gauge some other successes with my attempt. I’m just trying to refi my house and it’s the only thing holding me back.
