There are no others ways of removing those accounts except time. They are litigate accounts, and will fall off from the DOFD. You might be surprised though, sometimes as the years go by, they will just disappear. I had 18 of my accounts do that over the last 5 years. The remainder 6 will fall off next year.

edit...you can try to send letters of "goodwill" (dont offer to pay back though, just goodwill) and see, but goodwilled IIB accounts usually dont have a very good success rate due to the fact you just burned that lender.

Hello to all,

After my Ch.7 discharge, some accounts fell off on their own, others remain. The remaining accounts are reporting IIB and $0 balance correctly. Has anyone had any success on getting accounts removed, and if so, what method was used? All of my remaining accounts are scheduled to age off around the end of 2023; the Bankruptcy itself will fall off March 2028. I'm building positive history now, but would like to offset the negatives if possible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try posting this in the bankruptcy forum. There maybe people there who can answer this for you.
