JH debt portfolio

I have a collection account from them that was opened in Jan. It was included in my bankruptcy and discharged. It shows a 0 balance and included. Has anyone had any luck with JH deleting a trade line? I’ve called them and was told “deletion is up to the CRA” and I’ve emailed them and was told to call ( not helpful). Anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry to be negative here but I don’t think any creditor even a debt buyer would delete a tradeline you went bankrupt on. Would have to be a moving story

I was able to get verizon to delete their tradeline by emailing the ceo and just requesting it without any reason included. Anyway, just going to keep trying to goodwill and email any contact I can find for JH. thank you for your advice

Update: I woke up this morning and the collection was deleted from EX!! I guess the GW worked! I saw a 20 point increase!!!

Has it ever reappeared, or still gone? Me and my wife filed bankruptcy last month and she had 5 accounts with them that were IIB. They did the same thing, $0 balance and IIB.

To the reply above about them not going to delete stuff IIB, every collection account I had was actually deleted that were IIB. Some of the JDB were Midland Funding, a local collection agency on hospital bills, and I’d have to look at past reports for others. Even a few major creditors revolving tradelines that I included were removed after I disputed them for not showing that they were included (Cap1 and Chase). This JH Debt Portfolio seems to be the only ones who didn’t on my wife’s report.
