I would never do any sort of communication with them by email. Everything should be written - and physically mailed to them by the USPS - with a Return Receipt Requested - which they have to sign. Please heed what I am telling you...

Thabk you, I completely understand. The problem is they do not respond to mail. Ive sent over 10 offers to settle. 0 responses.

Ok. Is there not a phone number on any of the notices that you get? Do you get notices? There must be SOME way to communicate with them. I have had "experiences" with them. They are ruthless. Give use more information, and we can probably help you. But, no, I do not have an email address for them. As I asked, do you get paper notices from them?

When you say they are ruthless what you means? What is .maximum they can do? After 7 years the collections will disappear will drop from CR anyway

Perhaps ruthless was the wrong word. They call from many different telephone numbers - incessently. They practically rendered my phone useless. They still occasionally call - even though the SOL has come and gone, and even though they have long ago been removed from CR.

Are you trying to get in touch with someone to settle or pay in full? If you are trying to do either then there is no reason to get in touch with anyone special. As soon as you settle or pay if full they remove them from your credit report. I just had 2 items taken off from them and all I did was pay them online and within 30 days they were removed.

I'm trying to settle. Last summer at some pount they sent me offers for 60% Now its just full price. They want respond to my letters. And the basic emails for them. I get a generic response of we don't negotiate via email. I have emailed most of the emails I have found online. Most bounce back. A few have gone through. No response. I was hoping someone had an email of someone that will actually negotiate. I know they delete now. Its 2 cards from cap1 totaling 4400. If I could get 50% my rebuild would be complete.
