Santander is the worst. Lots of reports of them not accepting GW's or reinserting positive TL's. All you can do is try, and go up the ladder until you get as far as you can go. Always keep a paper trial, whether its email or certified letters. Good luck to you

Nope. I did, however, receive a letter detailing WHY they don't provide gw unless it's their 'fault'.

I took a shot and sent an email this morning. It's only one 30day late from 10/12, the rest of the payments were on time and the car was paid off in 2013. We will see. Worst case is that I have to wait it out. Will let y'all know how it turns out.

Sucktander wont do squat. Gave up last year for 1 30 day late that was 4 1/2 yrs old then. I'll go outside today with a golf club and have a better chance at getting hit by lightning.

They used too do GW back in 2011-12. Then nothing. I tried 5 times to 5 higher ups. Same responce. NADA!
