I’ve sent multiple gw letters by mail since about 2015, probably 30 in all to no avail. I went to their website to get their address to start a new wave and saw they have a “contact us” page. Typed my name in and sent a very simple “please delete this paid in full collection account from all three bureaus”.<BR /><BR />Three hours later I got this email:<BR /><BR />Greetings,<BR /><BR /><BR /><BR />NCC is in receipt of your email. A deletion request was submitted to the credit bureaus today, March 20, 2019, to have account ******* removed from your credit.
