Credit one Goodwill letter success!!!

I will always speak highly of Credit one after my experience with them. 2 years ago I had a charged off account with them during hard times and now in the rebuild process I made an attempt to get their tradeline removed. I emailed the CEO on Fri and got a response today that they will remove their tradeline. It's amazing because my Experian report has it already gone!!! My score jumped 23 points. I feel very encouraged right now by this little boost. Thanks credit one!

That is amazing, CONGRATS!!! It’s also very encouraging because I’m literally sitting at the computer typing my own goodwill request for tradeline deletion on my own account as well.

Yeah just go to Google and type credit one CEO and then type his name and whats email in search bar. As for email format I didn't use any format. I just was honest. I opened the letter with a basic greeting and asked for a few moments of their time, I was very respectful. Then I went on to describe what happened and why I defaulted and how grateful I would be for the tradeline to be deleted. Make sure you include account number and your name. That's honestly it there's no strategy or necessary wording. As long as you make it clear you want tradeline removal and make sure they understand what troubles you endured that caused you to default. People seem to be having success so good luck and don't over think it.
