But do use all your options before you pay it off. But i will weigh in on other Gurus here to point you in the right direction.

I got a Credit One card with a small limit back in 2013 and failed to make the payments so it was charged off. It was a very low balance so never was sold to a collection agency but those late payments and the charge off is still on my report. I have been working on my credit for nearly two years and that is the last obstacle to tackle, any advice? Goodwill letter? Pay to delete? Email to CEO? I did see that people had success in the past with email requests via the search function but couldn’t find anything recent.
Any advice is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hmm, Got it. Do you see something like below on your credit report against that account ?

See Date of First Delinquency 07/2015. that is what i'm talking about.

You can pull this report from annualcreditreport.com and let us know.

Actually took a closer look and it was paid and then “account closed by credit grantor”.
Apparently not charged off, just paid off by me and closed by Credit One.
Just late payments on my report.
