Comenity Bank/J Crew CEO Contact?

Hello everyone, good day to you all. I'm currently a college student who has set goals towards rebuilding my credit last year after some rather unfortunate financial hardships that occurred back in early 2018. Sadly, there were only two late payments that were presented on the recent credit report I got, indicating that one was a 30-day and 60-day. Some issues with financial aid disbursement and loss of a campus job which resulted in the late payments. I am keen on sending a GW email and letter to Comenity Bank, but from what I understand, there's both an address and an email address to which they can be sent.

If someone, or anyone, is willing to perhaps PM me the current email address (and/or address) of the CEO (or other contacts) of Comenity Bank that has had past success to send my GW request, I would sincerely appreciate the assistance, time, and attention provided! Thank you very much.

I did so too but didn't get anywhere with it either. I've tried making Google searches today, but I've had no luck whatsoever. Is my approach to finding their contacts incorrect or am I missing something?
