      <description>&lt;P&gt;TU - 6 months early&lt;BR /&gt;EX - 3 months early&lt;BR /&gt;EQ - 30 days early, but don’t do it. They'll mess it up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
