Anyone had success for a T-Mobile PFD, through ERC or T-Mobile?

Hi guys, I've had a collections with T-Mobile through ERC since 8/12/2019. Could not pay it before due to financial issues but now I am in a good financial situation to do so. Checked my TU Credit Report from AnnualCreditReport today, and it seems T-Mobile has done an Account Review Inquiry on 4/30/2020 so they seem to have an interest and are checking up on it.

The collections agency has not sent me any mail communication or calls regarding this collection in the past 8 months. I have moved my way back into good credit after a year of rebuilding, so would like to remove any blemishes to keep further growing financially. I am willing to pay the debt in full if I can get it removed from my reports.

Has anyone had any success with ERC, or T-Mobile in trying to get a pay for delete done, or any advice?

Telecommunication companies are known to be the worse to try a PFD or removal. I always say go to a T-Mobile store and ask to pay it in exchange of removal. Bout all you got.

I had the same issue but it was only reporting to TU and XP. I sent a Debt Validation request to them and then I disputed the accounts online and I went directly to TMobile and paid the account. Both online disputes worked and it was deleted. ERC is a nightmare.

Hey yeah! It's only showing up in TU and EX for me, not in EQ.

how did you go about the process of contacting t-mobile? I've been looking for the right person to reach regarding this issue, but not too sure where to go and what to say. Any advice would be appreciated
