Sent Mr. Cooper a Goodwill Letter via Email -

I had 2 30-day lates around 18-24 months ago. THey have agreed to "work with our leadership team in our Credit Department to suppress the 2 lates over the past 24 months". Is this what I want? Is suppress the same as delete? If so, this is great news for me, I think. This was my first attempt at a goodwill letter, and I just sent it yesterday. Granted, this is not a done deal, but the AVP sent the email to me, so I am hopeful!

Supressing them means that those months will have no reporting at all in them, so in effect it is as if they did not happen.

That's great news that they were able to suppress, which email did you use for them...standard customer service?
