So just called in and was given the run around about getting my lates removed from my VS and WF store cards. Essentially they want me to mail in a dispute which I'm not wanting to dispute it. It's a goodwill request. Does anyone by chance have the CEO or Executive Office email address? So far I've had great success with GW based on the hardship that occurred during that time. But cannot find any C-Level contacts for comenity anywhere.

Comenity Bank does not provide customer service by email, but does provide it by phone. There are 2 ways to reach Comenity Bank across 2 communication modes: phone, web. In case you didn't realize there was an alternative, the best phone number for Comenity Bank customer support is 800-675-5685

@M_Smart007 - Thanks so much for the reply. I tried that and requested an escalation but was simply told to mail in a dispute. But there is nothing to dispute. So should I just keep trying to call? I know I've seen others had found C-Level email addresses and got resolution was hoping someone might be able to share that.

I look up a lot of executives on a regular basis either for myself or others. A majority of the time, you can without not a lot of effort figure out a given C-suite exec's contact info. So, when I saw your post, I thought I'd see what I could find just for the heck of it.

Turns out, Comenity Bank appears to not want anyone to contact them via email. They have absolutely nothing to work with online, likely by design. It's not the first time I've seen this but it's somewhat rare. There may be a reason for that.

Alliance Data Systems is their parent company. Comenity Bank and Comenity Capital Bank are the 2 banking/funding institutions that Alliance Data Systems uses to fund their initiatives. Alliance Data Systems has a lot more visibility. So I'm saying just as if you wanted to get a hold of a Burger King exec you'd have to go through RBI, to get a hold of a Comenity contact you'll likely need to start with Alliance Data.

Timothy King is a high level exec at Alliance Data. Company email protocol is FirstName.LastName@AllianceData.com - now the only tricky thing is that he seems to go by Tim and Timothy. Therefore in theory his email could be:

Tim.King@AllianceData.com or Timothy.King@AllianceData.com

Try one and if you get a delivery failure go with the other one. Just tell him you have a Comenity Bank matter.... good luck!

@Anonymous - Thank you so much the nickname email address was undeliverable the second full first name address worked. Email did not return, I will let you know if I have any success with my Goodwill / Hardship request through the provided contact. Fingers crossed this works!

For what it's worth, I've had succes with Commenity via phone. I called CS and asked the rep if they could remove the 30 day late. She did!
This was maybe 3 or 4 years ago.

Just tried for some goodwill via the Secure Message Center for our VS accounts and got a generic reply back indicating to send them the information that we are disputing on the credit report. We're not actually disputing anything - just trying to get the negatives removed.

It does say to send them the info from the credit report we think is incorrect. I wonder if I send the screenshot and just asked if they would remove it? I suppose it wouldn't hurt to try lol.

I'm currently looking for an email as well. Looks like LinkedIn is showing a Ron Ostler as the Vice President. I have tried disputing lates with the bureaus and directly with Comenity. They declined to correct the lates both times. They are such a crooked company, I can't wait to finally be done paying them off and wash my hands of them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Were you disputing accurate lates to try to get them removed? Or inaccurate lates that need correcting? If it's the former, disputing is not the way to go about getting GW...

Anyone with contact information for Comenity or parent company Alliance Data? Trying to find contacts for decision makers to send GW letters for a few J.Crew lates. I've had terrible luck finding contact info for them.

I'd be incredibly appreciative if anyone could share contact information they may have happened to find. I'd also be more than willing to share the contacts I've found for them or any other CO I've worked with previously.
