So, if more than six years have passed since a debt became due or since the debtor last made a payment, the lender no longer has the opportunity to take collection actions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can attempt to collect forever unless its discharged in a BK. If its Solomon reporting I would try the PFD with them to get their TL off your CR. Cap-1 most likely will not delete their TL, best chance for goodwill with them is in the last year it can report.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There isnt much luck with Cap1 removing stuff. If 6 yrs is the SOL in your state. They cant bring suit against you after that. Before yes. Then in 2022 will be fall off date from your CRA reports. Type in the search bar above" Cap One GW success" or Google the same and add MyFICO in the search bar and there are many stoires on the different ways people were successful.
