EQ shows that account is closed when I still making payments

Good morning, I am making a payment for my auto loan with Penfed. This morning, I ran a report with annualcreditreport.com and noticed that Penfed autoloan shows it is closed with a balance. Is this a normal with EQ or do I have to send a letter to EQ or Penfed to update correctly? Thank you

If the account is in deed open and not COed then yes you need to contact Penfed about it to have them correct the problem
